Ottawa's home to some incredible lumber history and here's your once-in-a-lifetime chance to bring some of it into your home. We have an ultra-limited supply of reclaimed beams pulled from Ottawa's historic sawmills and here is your chance to work directly with Ottawa's history.

Each piece will be built using wood from historic pine beams, reclaimed from the Zibi development. Over 4 consecutive Thursdays, you will go from learning basic woodworking theory, including joinery, how to dress your wood properly and how to properly glue up panels, right through to the finer side of finishing. Couples or teams (of 2 max) are welcome to work together on the same bench.
