End Grain Cutting Board (December 7th, 19th, 21st) with Matt Wallace

A good quality cutting board, is often hard to find, but a great quality end grain cutting board is even more so. Nothing beats the durability and strength of an end grain board. Treated and maintained properly, your board should last a lifetime. Matt and Mike will teach you how to prepare the wood properly in order to make a professional quality end grain board. The wood we'll be using in the course is locally sourced Maple, Walnut, Cherry and Maple. Each piece of wood has been sourced from within the city limits and hand picked for the course. Come join us and make a beautiful board for yourself, or as an amazing gift. Nothing says "i love you pal", more than a new cutting board.
