Carved Bird Ornament (December 20th, 6:00 - 9:30 PM) with Rob Lazuk

In this class we will carve a small bird ornament as an introduction to basic knife/whittling skills and carving in the round. This class is suitable for all skill levels and is open to anyone age 13 and up. Comfort birds are small carvings that fit in the palm of the hand. Traditionally these "touch toys" are given by the carver to someone who might benefit from a small act of kindness.
